Go Buzzaar may offer marketplace-wide promotions or marketing campaigns. Vendor participation may be subject to separate approval, campaign terms, or written agreement.
The vendor must maintain accurate inventory information and promptly update product availability.
If a product is out of stock, delayed, discontinued, restricted, or unavailable, the vendor must update the listing or notify Go Buzzaar immediately.

The vendor must fulfill orders within the required handling time and according to the approved fulfillment model.
Fulfillment may include vendor-managed shipping, Go Buzzaar-supported logistics, warehousing, pick-and-pack services, cross-border shipping, or local fulfillment partners.

Vendor reimbursements may be supported through approved digital banking or payment partners, including Jazari Digital Banking where applicable. Vendors must complete all required documentation and onboarding before receiving payouts.
The vendor is responsible for understanding and complying with applicable tax, customs, duty, import, export, sales tax, GST/HST, VAT, income tax, and reporting obligations.

Go Buzzaar may monitor vendor performance, including cancellation rate, late shipment rate, customer complaints, return rate, product quality, listing accuracy, response time, compliance issues, dispute history, and fulfillment reliability.
Poor performance may result in warnings, listing restrictions, account review, payout holds, suspension, or termination.
Go Buzzaar may suspend, restrict, or terminate a vendor account if the vendor violates this Agreement, marketplace policies, legal requirements, customer trust standards, payment obligations, product compliance rules, or brand integrity expectations.
Go Buzzaar may also remove listings, hold payouts, cancel orders, restrict dashboard access, or require corrective action.
Go Buzzaar may hold payouts temporarily if there are pending disputes, returns, refunds, chargebacks, compliance reviews, suspected fraud, customer claims, legal requests, unpaid fees, or unresolved order issues.
